Blue Host limits their customer base by offering only 1 plan. In theory this model works, but leads to there being a lot of accounts on the same server. We also need to note that some of our readers have said that customer service is not as knowledgeable as some might want you to believe. We will research this issue more and report back as we have not seen an instance in our own trials.
